<p>To resolve the error you will need to perform a Data Rebuild.</p>
<ol>
<li>- Go to File</li>
<li>- Go to Utilities</li>
<li>- Go to Rebuild Data</li>
<li>- Follow instructions for backup, be sure you do backup to a new CD, Flash Drive, File or location. The reason for this is to ensure you have a clean un-corrupted file.</li>
<li>- Allow the rebuild to run, this can take a few minutes or several hours depending on the size of your file. Do not stop the rebuild process, this can further damage your file. </li>
